Care with a reason behind it
This is every treatment we provide — hormone therapy for women and men, medical weight loss, clinical IV therapy and NAD, and the supportive therapies around them. Each one is chosen from your labs and your goals, never from a menu.
Read the ones that sound like you, then call. Not sure which service you need? You don’t have to know — that is what the consultation is for. Call (612) 584-1145.
Sound familiar?
Exhausted no matter how you sleep. Night sweats. Weight that won’t move. Brain fog. Mood that isn’t yours. No interest in sex, and discomfort when you try. Hair thinning.
Energy that disappeared somewhere in your forties. Muscle you can’t hold onto. Motivation gone. Trouble sleeping. Low drive, or erections that aren’t reliable. Irritable in a way you don’t recognize.
Two numbers usually explain it
Estradiol
Protects your bones, blood vessels, brain, and sleep — in women and men both.
Testosterone
Drives energy, muscle, mood, focus, and libido. In women too, at lower levels but no less important.
They’re rarely checked. When they are, they’re judged against a range built from average people — not from you, and not from how you feel.
We check. Then we treat it.
Bioidentical hormones — the same molecules your body already makes. Four ways to take them:
Pellets
Steady for months. Nothing to remember.
Creams
Daily and easily adjusted.
Troches
Dissolve under your tongue.
Patches
Changed on a schedule.
Different lives call for different options. We’ll help you pick the one that fits yours, then retest and adjust until it’s right.
The goal isn’t a normal lab result.
It’s you, feeling like yourself again.
Smaller than it sounds
The pellet itself is about the size of a grain of rice. Placed under the skin in a quick office visit, it releases steady hormone levels for months.
Hormones, explained® — by our founder
Before there was a clinic, there was a teaching series: Ellen Lynch, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC created these two plain-language hormone videos as part of her doctoral (DNP) project — the same explanations she walks patients through in the consult room. Both parts are here, free.
The medication is a tool.
You are the one doing the work.
GLP-1 medications are remarkably effective at quieting the noise — the constant negotiation with food that makes every other change feel impossible. That’s real, and it matters.
But a tool isn’t a plan. Weight comes back when the prescription is the whole strategy. So we build the rest of it with you, and we stay through the part that comes after.
What that looks like
Four things, running at the same time.
We measure first
Labs, thyroid, hormones, and how your body actually burns fuel — before anything is prescribed.
Medication, supervised
GLP-1 therapy dosed to you and monitored throughout — not mailed out and forgotten.
Protecting muscle
Coaching that encourages protein, strength work, and the nutrients that keep you losing fat instead of the muscle you need.
Habits that outlast it
Food, sleep, movement, stress. The unglamorous work — and the reason results hold.
The medication makes change possible. The habits make it permanent.
Most people can lose weight on a GLP-1. Fewer keep it off, because nothing else changed while they were on it. We use the window the medication opens to build something that still works when you come off — and we help you get there without losing what you gained.
Ready when you are.
Built in conversation
The plan takes shape in real conversations — food, sleep, movement, stress — and gets adjusted with the same person, visit after visit, until it sticks.
Pick your bag.
Anyone can hang an IV. Some bags are well-established formulations we can safely give the same day — no labs needed first. Others we won’t give without labs, because high-dose vitamin C and iron carry real risks if we skip that step.
That’s the whole difference between here and a drip bar. Not more hoops, just knowing which ones matter.
The menu
Some you can book yourself. Others need labs first — here’s how to tell.
Ready when you are
Well-established formulations we can give safely without labs first — mixed for you and administered by our nursing staff. Pick a time and come in.
NAD+ — Energy & clarity
A coenzyme every cell uses to produce energy, and one that declines with age. Often chosen for mental fatigue, brain fog, and recovery from long periods of stress. We use a high-purity formulation, so sessions can run faster and more comfortably. More on our NAD program
Glutathione — Antioxidant, skin & recovery
Your body’s primary antioxidant — it supports liver detoxification and gets depleted by stress, illness, and medication. Often chosen for energy, immune support, recovery, and skin. Available as a quick IV push or added to any other infusion.
Myers cocktail — The classic
Magnesium, B vitamins, calcium, and vitamin C. The original nutrient infusion and still the most versatile — a good starting point when you’re not sure which to choose.
Immunity — Support when it counts
Zinc, vitamin C, and B vitamins to back up your immune system — before travel, a packed season, or any stretch when you want your defenses at full strength.
IV hydration — Fast reset
Fluids and electrolytes for illness, heat, travel, hard training, or a rough night. The simplest bag on the menu, and sometimes the one that helps most.
Call to get started
These require bloodwork before your first infusion — not red tape, just the difference between treating you and guessing.
High-dose vitamin C — Immune & recovery
Doses far beyond what oral supplements can reach, delivered straight to the bloodstream. Explore high-dose vitamin C
IV iron — Fatigue & hair thinning
For diagnosed iron deficiency — confirmed by labs — when you can’t absorb or tolerate oral iron. Low iron is one of the most common and most missed causes of exhaustion, hair loss, and brain fog. Explore iron infusions
Custom — Built from your labs
Once we see your bloodwork, we can build a formulation around what you’re actually low in — and change it as your numbers change.
Add-ons
Quick injections. Add one to any visit — or come in just for this.
Vitamin D
Nearly everyone in Minnesota runs low, especially October through April.
Low vitamin D shows up as fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix, low mood, getting sick often, and aches you can’t explain. Correct it and most people notice they wake up feeling more rested.
We check your level first. It’s fat-soluble, so more isn’t better.
Vitamin B12
For fatigue and brain fog that don’t have another explanation.
Levels drop with age, with certain medications, and when your gut isn’t absorbing well — and it’s one of the more common reversible causes of feeling worn out.
Glutathione
Our antioxidant infusion in a faster format.
Take it as a quick push on its own, or add it to the end of any IV you’re already getting.
Having surgery?
Two visits, timed around your date.
Walk in hydrated and topped off
Most people arrive at surgery dehydrated after a night of fasting. A hydration or nutrient bag two to three days out means you walk in hydrated instead of depleted.
Replace what surgery took
Blood loss and days of poor appetite drain your reserves fast. We replace what’s depleted — and retest as you recover.
Tell your surgical team you’re planning it — these visits work alongside their instructions, never instead of them.
Ready?
If it’s marked BOOK ONLINE, book it online. For vitamin C, iron, or a custom bag, give us a call and we’ll start with labs.
You’ll know exactly what everything costs before anything is scheduled.
Mixed for the person in the chair
One patient at a time: your infusion is prepared in our Lakeville infusion room and watched from the first drip to the last by the nursing staff who started it.
NAD therapy — three ways, one plan
NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your cells rely on to turn food into energy. As part of a personalized, clinician-supervised plan, we offer NAD therapy in three delivery forms here in Lakeville — so it can fit your labs, your comfort, and your schedule, while supporting cellular energy and metabolism.
NAD IV
Delivered by IV in our infusion room, dosed and paced from your plan and monitored by nursing staff.
NAD Sub-Q injection
A subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection — a quick, convenient option, with dosing guided by your clinician.
NAD tablet
An oral tablet for steady, at-home support between visits — part of the same supervised plan.
Care aimed at how well you age
Longevity care here is not a supplement fad or a promise of more birthdays — it is measurement. A yearly picture of how your brain, heart, hormones, and metabolism are actually trending: the WAVi brain assessment as a cognitive baseline you can track, ANS testing for how your heart and nervous system are coping, and comprehensive labs to see drift early, while it is still easy to act on.
From that picture, a plan: hormone balance where your labs support it, our signature NAD program to support cellular energy, the BAHI+ suite of supportive therapies, and nutrition and movement coaching — all reviewed against your own follow-up testing, so you can see what is changing instead of hoping.
Measure, don’t wonder. That is longevity care we can stand behind.
